A session organized by the IFLA section “Library Services to Multicultural Populations” with the theme “Multicultural Library Manifesto Toolkit – Case Studies and Illustrations from a Global Perspective“, will take place on Tuesday, 22nd August.

The two-hour workshop session has nine contributions dealing with intercultural exposure in different countries, among others Chile (libraries in prisons), Missouri, USA (access to libraries for African refugees), Bangladesh (bilingual reading initiative for primary and secondary school students). Interbiblio will be represented by a presentation from Julia Cutruzzolà and Therese Salzmann on "Participation of the Population with Migratory Background through Publicity Service and Space Design”.
