To meet, to have coffee, to chat, to exchange, to discuss - and to learn the local language along the way. Many intercultural libraries offer such opportunities.
The meetings take place regularly at fixed times, can be visited without registration and are free of charge. They are presided over by a library employee or volunteers.
For people who have not been long in Switzerland, this is a great opportunity to use their newly acquired language skills in conversation, make contacts, and get to know the local area.
